Terms And Conditions

Welcome to Hotel Black Magic Manali! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

General Terms

  • By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates our policies or engages in inappropriate behavior.

Reservation Policy

  • Check-in time: 12:00 hrs | Check-out time: 10:00 hrs.
  • No refunds will be provided in case of a no-show.
  • For early check-in or late check-out, please make a request as soon as possible. Approval is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 15 days before check-in: No cancellation fee.
  • 7 to 15 days before check-in: 30% cancellation fee on the total package cost.
  • 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee on the total package cost.
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% cancellation fee.

Terms & Conditions

  • GST is applicable to the above rates.
  • As per government regulations, Indian residents must present a valid ID at check-in. Accepted IDs include a driving license, passport, or voter’s card.
  • We look forward to welcoming you to BLACK MAGIC, Manali.

Hotel Policies

  • Visitors are only allowed in guest rooms with prior approval from hotel management.
  • Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

  • The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses during your stay.
  • We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, and policies without prior notice.
